Return Policy

1. Wines and Liquors, Lechon and Flowers - We make sure that every product is 100% in good order and condition before we ship to its destination. Each time we deliver your order, we have your recipient thoroughly inspect the product before he/she receives it. We also provide them with information and/or instructions on how to care of the product once it's in their custody. If upon inspection the recipient finds that the product has defects or is not in good order and condition, then DO NOT to accept the item and return it to NYtelecon, Inc. for immediate refund and/or replacement.

2. Jollibee, Greenwich and Red Ribbon food products - Upon delivery, the clients should notify the supplier ON THE SAME DAY THE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED that the food is not in good condition. The food will be scheduled for replacement. Food poisoning complaints are always subject to investigation.

3. Magic Sing Products - In cases wherein a customer receives damaged/defective products, please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged/defective products are accepted from the carrier, please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify NYTelecon immediately within 5 days from receipt of item. Damaged/Defective merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product. We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is tested to NOT defective.

4. Cellphone - All celphone units have a 7-day money back guarantee if proven to be defective. A one (1) year warranty on parts and services is also provided.

5. Prepaid Load - In cases such as sending of invalid PINs and used PINs, report this immediately ON THE SAME DAY to NYTelecon, Inc. We will replace the invalid or used PIN with a new one after investigation.
